Hi, I’ve been on the chat for the past 2 weeks asking about my SIM card. After the first 2 getting lost in the post, I asked for it to be sent to my local post office on Thursday. You said you’d send me the details and it’d arrive 1-3 days later. It’s now 3 business days later and I’ve not even received the tracking code. What is going on? I’ve been without a working phone now for 2 weeks. This is rather ridiculous.
