I'm abroad, I'm connected to a local provider but I can not use mobile data. What can I do??

It’s the same for me. Looks like a service disruption.

As this is a public forum we can’t look at this properly here. Take a look at the following before contacting our support:


- check so utlands/betalsamtal is active on

- lock the phone to 3G

- lock to one of the providers in your country.
