Hello everyone, I have been with this company for a year,everything was OK at the beginning .However,this time this company is going down and it keeps going.
Well, this what happened with me I have spent my summer in Holland and there were no signal in my phone it like it works one day and four not, I have been in big cities not villages tho. So I told the support team and they told me maybe there is some wrong with my phone so I have tried another phone but no signal , I told them that I had the same problem and they told me that it is the phone also 😂.
Maybe they didn't want to admitted it🤔.
Before when I have any overdue invoice they would send me email and message and klaran will send also a notification but, now they send an email and if you didn't see it and you were late just one day you have to pay 60kr extra.
Well, it has been a year and you have the same problem with your apk that most of time it does not login.
Focusing on doing a smarter Sim card and your apk sometimes doesn't work. What a mess...
I wrote all this with a hope in the future you might be a better company for me I have canceled my subscription today so it wouldn't be a different for me , and maybe someone thinking of having a subscription after seeing your advertisements in everywhere and thinking that you are the best company, he/she might changes his/her mind after see these cons.Abdalrahman Dabor - 1 inlägg
