Telenor APN mysteriesJoshua Wiman svaradeBäst svar1 Inlägg
Apologies for the english, but my Swedish is no where near good enough to be clear.
I've been dealing with repeated mobilsurf outages, lasting anywhere from 30 seconds to over ten minutes. These outages stilled showed the phone connected on either LTE or 3G, but absolutely nothing seemed to be going through, and forcing it onto 3G only didn't help either.
Of course the first things I tried were resetting and fixing APN settings following the vimla support articles, but that did not seem to make a difference. It's also not a problem I've seen with other carriers on my current phone. But I finally found something that seems to have made a difference.
Some final details: The phone is a Galaxy S9+ running the unlocked international Samsung Android 8 image. The same issues were seen with the T-Mobile US carrier image. City is Göteborg.
All I did was change the address for the Telenor Mobilsurf APN entry from services.telenor.se to internet.telenor.se , keeping everything else the same. And I stopped getting repeated outages. Why did I do this? Because I was trying literally everything that came up in a google search and this was apparently an issue some Telenor customers had years ago. No idea why it made any difference here, but hopefully someone at vimla might have answers.Joshua Wiman - 1 inlägg

Of course we're gonna help you out with your APN and data.
The APN should be "services.telenor.se", if you have "internet.telenor.se" you're using the old APN which is a bit limited, since you won't be able to use a hot-spot with that APN.
If you come in to the chat we would be happy to help you from there.
