problem with data/SMS

Hi,

From yesterday I have problems with SMS and 4G data. Is there any malfunction going on?

I restarted my phone many times and it does not solve my issue.

When it's using 4G, I see I'm uploading but no data being downloaded.

I am having the same problem.

I live in Stockholm.

4g network is not working. I only see data being uploaded. Chrome says no internet connection and nothing else works.

A fix is to go into your network settings and not allow the phone to use the 4g network. 3g network works fine…

I am using a Samsung S21 Ultra

Wow. Yes, so 3G works fine but not 4G.

Is this a Vimla problem then?

Okay, I’m sorry to hear that. We’ve had some small troubles with the 4G-coverage yesterday and today, but it should be working better now. Have you tried to use the 4G-network today again, and see how that works for you? Let me know how it’s working for you!
