My vimla doesn't work outside Sweden

Hej,

I have trouble using Vimla outside Sweden.

I had no signal with Vimla from last December to this January in Spain. It just showed emergency calls only. And now it's happening again after I flew to Greece from Sweden. I tried restarting, manually searching for network operators (which returns no results). Still the same. Can you please help me? Thank you very much!

I understand! I just checked on your subscription and I see that the international calls is not active in your subscription. Did you had it active when you where abroad? 


This function must be activated to be able to use your subscription outside of  Sweden, and you can activate it in mitt.vilma.se → inställningar → activate the utlands-/betalsamtal 

If you have troubles activating it so you are warm welcome to contact our support instead so they can help you further. You can reach them by sending an e-mail to hej@vimla.se or via our chatt in vimla.se/kontakt (open weekdays between 9-16).
