My phone can't call or use the Internet

Hej, I thought I had run out my data or I didn’t pay my bill, but I say Mitt Vimla, I have many left data and I have already paid for this month. I don’t know why my Vimla now can’t work, and shows an exclamation mark on my phone.

Hello @Miaomiao,

I looked into your subscription and can see that there’s no blocks and no unpaid invoices so it should all be working for you.

Could you try this:

Turn off your phone → Remove your SIM-card → Turn on your phone → Wait for the phone to reboot → Insert SIM-card again. Does it work now or do you get any error messages?
