Mitt svenska är inte så bra, så förlåt mig att posta detta på engelska. To cope with the data we need in our semesterhus (using it as our working location due to the Corona pandemic) we use a second Vimla SIM in case we go over 100GB in a month with the first Vimla SIM. This month we went over 100GB so I activated the second SIM some days ago and I scheduled it to pause per 2020-07-01 (as our regular SIM should take over at regular speed again on that day). Today however between 21:10 and 21:15 suddenly our internet connection was lost. Our modem showed "No Service". To outrule a network outage I switched SIMs and the connection was re-established. (at a very low speed as expected). Meaning Vimla already pause our second SIM. As per the Vimla information on pausing a SIM, that should take place at the start of the new month. In our case 2020-07-01 at 0:00, and NOT on 2020-06-30 at 21:15. Now I did not have any reasonable connection for about three hours (the most busy of the day!
Since 1-2 months my Vimla app stops right when I start it (or after username/password if I have to enter that). It used to function very well. Now I have to rely on Mitt Vimla which is ok as well, but the app was better.I am running Android 7.1.1App version 3.5.0Already cleared cache and data but the issue remains.
Last month we used all our data, so we went to low speed. Today, 2020-07-01, the speed should be back to normal. But it is not. I already had two chat conversations (both times they reset the speed to normal as it appeared to be stuck on low), and numerous modem (using the SIM in our 4G router) restarts. Still on 0.1-0.14 Mbps (normaly we have about 20Mbps.
