I am abroad and I have no service since today lunchtime. I tried to disable and re-enable roaming through My Vimla account but I keep receiving this message:I have paid my September bill today and I have provided my social security number upon registration.What is going on? Please let me know ASAP as I urgently need my number.
I had a planned number relocation on the 30th of December. I followed all the instructions given to me. However, still 2 days later, the VIMLA sim card is not working at all. I cannot make any calls, nobody can call me and I have no access to the internet. I have checked all the APN settings which look fine. Such a huge inconvenience for me as I urgently need that phone number to be working!
