i would like to say that i request for change the network from hallon to vimla but i could not receive sim card yet.

I’m sorry to hear that you still haven’t received your new sim. If the address you’ve entered in Mitt Vimla (under the Kontoinställningar tab) is correct then you can order a new simcard manually by clicking on Spärra SIM under the Inställningar tab. This will block the original simcard for security reasons and trigger a new simcard to be sent you automatically.
