ftom last month my son line is cut of and already from that date I sent you my (Bank card) has been changed and you must debit payment from the new card.

Hello @Fouad Alhanawi,

If you’ve changed your creditcard you need to update it on / Vimla-app under the menu option “Betalningar” (payments). After this you can press the button “Betala” besides the unpaid invoice and we’ll make an attempt to deduct the money from your new card.

When the money has been deducted your sons line will be activated again.
