Data recharge

Hello,

Hope you are well. 

I have run out of my monthly data and therefore, received a message from Vimla stating that I could purchase additional surf. However, when I do, and text it to the following number: 555, it does not work and I receive a message saying that I need to upgrade to Premium which I have never done before. I have always been able to add more data without any problem. I really hope this can be solved!
