My phone stopped working abroad

I am in Portugal and my phone does not work. It was working fine at the begining, but it did not allowed me to call certain numbers (whilst I could easily call from my husbands' telenor phone). I contacted you via email and got no answer. Now, since last Friday (26th of January) the phone stopped working completly. I paid all my bills and it still does not work. Can you get back to me URGENTLY, please?
