High amount bill

I am super upset on Vimla. I do need help.

1. I got more than 600kr bill for last month? I have no idea why? can sb exolain that to me? I wrote email and contact u through facebook and no response at all. I am super disappointed. I paid one time mroe than 400kr bill before, I accepted it I think there must be a reason u charge me this amount, but this time more than 600kr???? Plz explain a bit.

2. I was in prague this earier week, but the Internet didn't work suddently and I have no idea why. Even when I came back in Gothenburg today, the Interent still didn't work!

3. I applied a SIM 2.0 more than three weeks ago, but I haven't received any card from you!? i have no idea why and I cannot reach Vimla person through email/messager.

I REALLY NEED HELP AND CAN S.B REALLY HELP ME? I DON"T WANT TO GET A OVERDUE BIll ANYMORE, I DON"T WANNA TO PAY MORE THAN I SHOULD PAY ANYMORE! I WILL BE SUPER APPRECIATE IF S.B CAN HELP ME. THANKS AHEAD.
