Applied for a new sim card but have not received it yet

Hi!

I recently lost my phone and sim card along with it. I applied for a new sim card by blocking the sim from the vimla settings. I should have received the sim card by mail a few days ago but I have not received it yet. What should I do?

Okay, I understand. I’m really sorry to hear that! It could in that case be cause of a handling error at Postnord unfortunately, that is delivering the mail to your mailbox. Contact our support so they can look in to this further and send you a new SIM-card again.
